Chloe is a classically trained ballet & contemporary dancer who discovered yoga at the age of 15, amidst her physically & mentally demanding lifestyle. She found that yoga helped her foster her innate sense of calm; an invaluable tool for both her performing career & every day life. After graduating with a BFA in Dance from George Mason University, Chloe earned her yoga teaching certification under Mel Salvador. Immediately after, she earned her barre certification & became a Pure Barre instructor on Long Island, making teaching yoga & barre a full-time career.
Chloe's passion for dance & fitness led her to move to New York City a few years ago, where she continued her teaching at various Pure Barre locations around the city as well as Y7, a unique collective of music-driven yoga studios. Alongside teaching in group fitness settings, she cultivated a variety of private clients, all of different fitness backgrounds & facilities. Chloe's main goal is to help her students maintain a healthy mind-body connection through movement, breath, & mindfulness; to feel empowered in the body & to feel peace in the mind.
